I stayed with my bestie in Reykjavik for a long weekend in April. Since we were pressed for time we booked tours through Viator which finds local tours. We took a Secret Lagoon, Northern lights with Icelandic dinner through Grayline tours. I wouldn’t use them again. Customer service was horrible. We took the Golden Circle tour with Iceland Horizon. This was a great tour. A lot of history and breathtaking sites, Kerid crater, Gullfoss waterfall, and Great Geysir. The bus had phone chargers which helped to not miss out on any pics. We took a beach waterfall tour of southern Iceland our last day through Bustravel Icland. This was the most adventurous of the tours. The hike along Solheimajokull was treacherous but worth seeing. The Reynisfjara black sand beach where GOT was shot was beautiful but in cold weather the wind will blow you away. All tours ran about 7 hours. Dress appropriately for weather and pack snacks/water. One thing I definitely learned was that Everything is overpriced in Iceland.
